When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Shipping Policy

Before returning goods please contact us first. All orders are shipped USPS Priority & UPS Mail with tracking between 5- 7 business days from shipping date within the United States. There is flat rate fee $11.95 for up to two items and $15.95 for three items You will receive an email notification when your item(s) shipped. Gülçin Botanicals LLC, endeavors to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.) To return your product, you should mail your product to: 20770 HWY 281N

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Tracking

If you need us to track your parcel or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely – please check the emailed tracking number or contact us. As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Post Office.
Gülçin Botanicals does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.

Return

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is no exchange or returns on sale items or Gift Certificates. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning goods please contact us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
